The Training & Placement, IPR, Startup & Innovation, Industry-Institute Interaction and Media cells that turn students into industry-ready, enterprising engineers.
The Training & Placement Cell facilitates the placement of students passing out from the institute, collaborating with leading organisations to set up internships and training programmes. Staff arrange pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions and interviews as per each recruiter's requirements.

The IPR Cell encourages creative and innovative research leading to new knowledge and inventions, develops prudent IP-management practices, and trains faculty, staff and students in patent-filing procedures in India and under the Patent Cooperation Treaty. Committee members are drawn from across departments and led by the Principal & College Coordinator.

Motivates students to translate ideas into products and become young entrepreneurs. Has conducted skill-development workshops, the Maharashtra Startup Yatra, and e-sessions with the MHRD Innovation Cell, IIT Madras and EDII, Gujarat.
Minimises the gap between industry and institute — organising in-plant training, industrial visits and expert lectures, facilitating consultancy and MoUs, and strengthening alumni and placement relations.
Handles PR, website and social-media management and newsletters, and organises institute events — TechFiesta 2022 (600 participants), TechFiesta 2019 (1500), Parv 2019 (1000) and Fun N Fair 2019 (1000).
Our active Training & Placement Cell prepares students for real jobs — often before their final-year results are out.
